Refund policy

We Got Snackz DMV is a pop-up food business. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will review the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once checkout is completed.

Missed Pickups

If an order is not picked up during the scheduled pickup window, it will be considered abandoned and no refund or credit will be issued.

Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for food orders prepared as described. Filing a chargeback after receiving or missing pickup of your order violates our store policy.
