By placing an order with We Got Snackz DMV, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Local Pickup Only

We currently offer LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in the DMV area.
We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.

Pickup details including the pickup date, time window, and location are provided in your order confirmation email after checkout.

Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window.

Missed Pickups

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Allergen Notice

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to:

• Dairy
• Eggs
• Wheat
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Shellfish

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies assume full responsibility when placing an order.

Order Acceptance & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include suspected fraud, safety concerns, or violations of our store policies.

Pricing & Availability

Menu items, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if necessary.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that were prepared as described.
